001 ⎯ DISCOVERY
Meet with the client to gather essential information, including their needs, budget, timeline, and style preferences.
002 ⎯ PLANNING & STRATEGY
Develop a visual direction using reference images, materials, and color schemes. Draft hand sketches or digital diagrams to illustrate preliminary ideas. Explore the layout, circulation, and zoning of the project.
003 ⎯ BUILD IN DETAIL
Develop detailed architectural drawings, including sections, detailed elevations, and technical plans. Work with structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) consultants, and other specialists.
004 ⎯ QUALITY CONTROL
Conduct a walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction. Identify and address any final adjustments or corrections. Provide the client with as-built drawings, warranties, and maintenance instructions.
